All facility rentals by Penn Hills Community and Outside Groups are on hold (at least) until after Labor Day (Monday, September 7, 2020), due to the coronavirus pandemic. The possibility of rentals after Labor Day will be reviewed in August. Groups may submit requests for after this date, but they will not be reviewed until the school board opens up the district facilities to rentals.
The Penn Hills School District offers facility rental scheduling through ML Schedules. If you are a new group, please create a group account and upload your certificate of insurance (with Penn Hills School District 260 Aster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15235 as the certificate holder). The minimum insurance coverage is $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. Once you submit your group request, it will be reviewed by the system administrator. You will not be able to request space until a certificate of insurance is uploaded AND your group is approved by admin.
