The anticipated schedule for the selection process is as follows:
  • Pre-proposal meeting: May 24th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the District Office
  • Building tours: May 24th, 2021, immediately following Pre-proposal meeting.
  • Deadline for questions on RFQ: June 1st, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
  • RFQ responses due: June 9th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
  • Presentation of proposals to the Board: June 16th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Interviews of selected finalists: June 23rd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
  • School Board approval of firm: June 30th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
