Penn Hills School District

The Transportation Department is in charge of the development of safe pupil transportation for the Penn Hills School District.  We ensure this occurs by following District policies as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education's guidelines for pupil transportation.  Bus stops are community gathering areas located in the safest areas possible.  It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to get their student(s) to and from the bus stop, both in the morning and afternoon.
**Please be advised that all buses are equipped with audio and video monitoring**
We are well underway to preparing bus schedules for the 2017-2018 school year.
Please note that bus stops are based on the student's home address.  If a change to a student's bus stop is required, parents/guardians will need to complete a form and provide a copy of their driver's license or state issued ID, as proof of residency, when the form is submitted.
To have changes made for transportation on the first day of school we must have completed forms by August 1, 2017.
Requests received after August 1, 2017 will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.  Please view the Transportation Specialized Request Form.
