Krise Transportation has been contracted to provide transportation for Penn Hills students, including charter, parochial, and non-public students who have demonstrated proof of Penn Hills residency (two utility bills and driver's license). Krise operations are monitored by PHSD Administration and there is a shared commitment to safe pupil transportation for the Penn Hills School District. We ensure this occurs by following District policies as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education's guidelines for pupil transportation. Bus stops are community gathering areas located in the safest areas possible. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to get their student(s) to and from the bus stop, both in the morning and afternoon.
Students who attend charter, parochial, and non-public schools must complete a
Request for Transportation Form each school year and for each student in order to receive transportation through the Penn Hills School District.
